Suet Pudding

Ingredients
- 6 ounces self-raising flour
- 3 ounces vegetable suet
- 3 tablespoons of jam (or golden syrup etc.)
- 2 ounces sugar
- 1/2 pint of soya milk
- pinch of salt
- margerine for greasing the basin
Method
- Grease a 1½ pint pudding basin and spoon the jam into the bottom
- In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, suet and salt
- Graduallly stir in the milk and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the pudding basin
- Cover the basin and microwave for about 5 minutes on full power.
