Scrambled Tofu

Ingredients

  • A little cooking oil
  • 1 pack firm silken tofu
  • 1 Tablespoon tamari soy sauce
  • Pinch turmeric
  • Pinch salt

Method

  • Heat the oil for a few minutes.
  • Rinse the tofu in fresh water and pat dry.
  • Put the tofu into the saucepan and mash with a fork.
  • Add the remaining ingredients.
  • Cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.
