Scrambled Tofu

Ingredients
- A little cooking oil
- 1 pack firm silken tofu
- 1 Tablespoon tamari soy sauce
- Pinch turmeric
- Pinch salt
Method
- Heat the oil for a few minutes.
- Rinse the tofu in fresh water and pat dry.
- Put the tofu into the saucepan and mash with a fork.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.
