Savoury Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 225g self raising flour
  • 100ml white wine
  • 150ml oil
  • Chopped pistachio nuts
  • Grated cheese
  • Anything else you wish to add such as red peppers, mushrooms, green olives...

Method

  • Sieve the flour into a bowl
  • Add the beaten eggs, oil and wine.
  • Mix well, adding the other ingredients.
  • Put in a greased cake tin
  • Bake in the oven at 180 for 45mins.
