Ingredients
- 3.5 cups flour
- 1 pack yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons oil- olive is best.
- Canned tomatoes or creamed tomatoes
- Cheese
- 1 cup hot tap water
Method
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt.
- Add water- hot as tap gets.
- Knead dough.
- Oil sides of a bowl and put the dough in the bowl.
- Oil top of dough and put cellophane on it.
- Leave in a warm place for an hour to double in size.
- Preheat oven to 450 and put pizza stone in.
- Roll out dough, put cornmeal on paddle. Regularly shake pizza while topping it (adding sliced garlic to the tomatoes works well).
- Once topped, slide pizza on to the hot stone.
- Take pizza out once cheese is bubbly and specks of brown are appearing.
