Pizza

Ingredients

  • 3.5 cups flour
  • 1 pack yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons oil- olive is best.
  • Canned tomatoes or creamed tomatoes
  • Cheese
  • 1 cup hot tap water

Method

  • Mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt.
  • Add water- hot as tap gets.
  • Knead dough.
  • Oil sides of a bowl and put the dough in the bowl.
  • Oil top of dough and put cellophane on it.
  • Leave in a warm place for an hour to double in size.
  • Preheat oven to 450 and put pizza stone in.
  • Roll out dough, put cornmeal on paddle. Regularly shake pizza while topping it (adding sliced garlic to the tomatoes works well).
  • Once topped, slide pizza on to the hot stone.
  • Take pizza out once cheese is bubbly and specks of brown are appearing.
