Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1/4 pint double cream
  • 2 level tablespoons sifted icing sugar.
  • 5 tablespoons of fruit- half pureed and half sliced.

Method

  • Whip cream and fruit puree until thick.
  • Stir in the sugar and put into ice cube trays.
  • Freeze for 45mins.
  • Break up gently in a bowl, stir until smooth.
  • Add the fruit pieces.
  • Freeze for 2 hrs.
