Ingredients
- 1/4 pint double cream
- 2 level tablespoons sifted icing sugar.
- 5 tablespoons of fruit- half pureed and half sliced.
Method
- Whip cream and fruit puree until thick.
- Stir in the sugar and put into ice cube trays.
- Freeze for 45mins.
- Break up gently in a bowl, stir until smooth.
- Add the fruit pieces.
- Freeze for 2 hrs.
