Ingredients
- 1 oz vegan margarine
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon flour
- quarter pint of soya milk
- 2 teaspoons vegetarian Worcester sauce
- 1 teaspoon French mustard
- 1 tablespoon tomato puree
Method
- Melt the margarine in a saucepan
- Add mushrooms and cook for five minutes
- Stir in flour and cook for one minute
- Gradually add milk, stirring continuously
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well
- Bring to boil, stirring continuously
- Simmer for a few minutes.
